How to request account deletion?

Since InOutDesk App uses your organization's Microsoft work account, account deletion must be processed through your employer.

To delete your account and data:

1. Contact your organization's IT administrator or HR department
2. Request removal from the InOut Desk system
3. Your administrator will process the deletion request

Include:
- Your work email address
- Organization name
- Reason for deletion (optional)

What Data Will Be Deleted

✓ Check-in/check-out visit logs
✓ Registered geofence associations  
✓ App preferences and settings
✓ Push notification tokens

What Data May Be Retained

• Aggregated, anonymized attendance statistics (retained by employer)
• Records required for legal/compliance purposes (per employer policy)

Processing Time

Deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days.
